Terms of Service

1. Provider

These terms apply to services offered under the European Funding Agency brand by Zlotko Consulting Paulina Złotko, ul. Lwowska 27/13, 22-400 Zamość, Poland. Contact: europeanfundingagency.com/contact.

2. Services

We provide advisory services on funding strategy, public funding, private investment readiness and international expansion, including the Funding Opportunity Review (a 30-minute online session), the Funding Strategy & Roadmap (a written 12-month funding strategy with up to two 30-minute calls, as described on the booking page) and individually agreed engagements. The scope of individually agreed engagements, including any subscription, application or success fees, is set out in a separate offer or agreement.

3. Who our services are for

Our services are intended for businesses, startups and other organisations. If you book as a consumer, you keep all rights granted to you by mandatory consumer law.

4. Booking and payment

Fixed-price services are paid in advance when booking. Prices are shown in euros. An invoice is issued for each payment.

5. Rescheduling and cancellation

You can reschedule or cancel a session free of charge up to 24 hours before its start. Later cancellations or no-shows are not refunded but may be rescheduled once at our discretion. If we need to cancel, we will offer a new date or a full refund.

6. Consumer right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. If you ask us to start the service before that period ends and the service is fully performed, you lose the right of withdrawal. If you withdraw after the service has started, you pay for the part already provided.

7. No guarantee of funding

Funding decisions are made by independent institutions, investors and evaluators. We do not guarantee that any application, call or investor will result in funding. Our recommendations are based on the information you provide and on programme rules available at the time.

8. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for your own business, financial and legal decisions, including how a funded project is delivered and settled.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any service is limited to the fee you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost funding. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Intellectual property and confidentiality

Deliverables are prepared for your internal use. We keep confidential all non-public information you share with us and use it only to deliver our services.

11. Personal data

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy at /privacy.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes with businesses are resolved by the court competent for our registered address. Consumers may also use the courts and protections available in their country of residence.
